Let Nothing Disturb You...

This is a prayer written by St. Teresa of Avila, a Carmelite nun, and prominent Spanish mystic and reformer of the 16th century.  While her words were plain, they are far from simple. The rich invitation to surrender our fears and trust in God's timing and presence is nothing but medicinal for the soul.
