The practice of Spiritual Direction is to help the individual name and claim their personal experience of The Holy.  Through an artful technique, we assist the seeker to accurately perceive God’s presence in their lives, respond in authenticity and celebrate the transformations that occur. We also companion the healing process through holy listening and invitational exploration.  Spiritual Direction is a beautiful and very personal relationship between you, the Holy, and your director.  It is non-denominational and interfaith.
