Now rooted in the mountains of Appalachia, her practice is shaped by Celtic spirituality, a Jungian folkloric perspective, and a long companionship with grief. As an Expressive Arts Therapist, Sarah brings a contemplative, creative lens to spiritual direction, trusting that meaning often arrives through image and metaphor before it finds its way into words. She holds sacred space for those of all faiths, no faith, and everything in between — and welcomes those drawn to walking or land-based sessions as a form of prayer and presence.
