Our Board
Terri Bolotin-Wilson serves at CMC-Mercy as the Spiritual Care Director and a CPE Supervisor certified by the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education. She holds an M.Div from Candler School of Theology at Emory University and an MS in Organizational Development. Her Capstone project was on the value of self-compassion and interventions enhancing compassion in the workplace.
Chaplain Terri Bolotin-Wilson
Chet brings a wealth of spiritual tradition to the vision and practice of spiritual direction. Raised in Sri Lanka in the Hindu tradition, he was educated in the Catholic school system and later felt a draw towards Buddhism. He earned his certificate in spiritual direction from the Charlotte Spirituality Center in 2013 and offers didactics to the students of the CSC. His specialty as a spiritual director is mindfulness. He has enhanced his training at Surrender Retreat House in Sedona, Arizona and is currently studying under Jack Kornfield. He brings direct experience from many spiritual traditions
Chet Amalean
Amanda is a graduate of the CSC, (Class of 2017), an ordained Minister, a Death and Dying Transition Guide and Grief Facilitator, a shaman, licensed therapeutic massage therapist, a yoga teacher/trainer, and writer. She approaches life from a constant practice of self inquiry, contemplative prayer and reflection. The teachings of Jesus, Buddha, Eckhart Tolle, Richard Rohr, mystic poets such as Rumi and Hafiz have influenced a deep sense of wonder and gratitude for all of life’s offerings, experiences, and journeys.

Joe Guyon has been a member of the Congregation of the Oratory since 1976. He is a registered nurse and is the Director of The Oratory Center for Spirituality.

Rose Marie Tresp, RSM, is the director of justice for the Sisters of Mercy, South Central Community. She served director of ethics for hospitals in Texas and Arkansas and in leadership for the Sisters of Mercy, Regional Community of St. Louis. She holds a Bachelor’s from Fontbonne College, a Masters in Religious Studies from Boston College, and completed graduate work in ethics and philosophy at Georgetown University. She is active in social justice work and has more than 25 years of experience serving on the boards of hospitals and nonprofit organizations
Sr. Rose Marie Tresp, RSM
Leigh Ann is a graduate of the CSC and works in the non-profit sector. She is an encouraging companion and curious explorer to the opening up of all parts of one’s belovedness. Leigh Ann feels blessed to companion and trek with others on their journey to finding inner freedom. She operates from a place of curiosity. She comes from a Presbyterian background and moves through the world understanding there is no arrival point for the spiritual or life journey.
